Drafting & Improving Written Content
Copilot Basic — Writing Assistant
Copilot Basic gives consultants a powerful first-pass writing capability — helping move from a blank page to structured, polished content faster. Think of it as a writing assistant, not an author or reviewer.
What You Can Do
  • Draft emails, reports, SOP sections (non-final), proposals, and client communications
  • Rewrite content to improve clarity, flow, and tone — formal, concise, or client-friendly
  • Simplify complex technical language for different audiences
  • Check grammar, spelling, and structure (specify Australian English if needed)
Important Limitation
All content must be reviewed by the consultant before use. Copilot Basic does not validate regulatory correctness — it cannot verify whether a draft meets GMP, TGA, or other compliance standards.

Prompt tip: Ask Copilot to "rewrite this in a concise, client-friendly tone using Australian English" for best results.
Summarising & Explaining Information
Copilot Basic — Information Processing
Copilot Basic excels at distilling large volumes of information into clear, usable formats — particularly useful when preparing quickly before meetings or client workshops.
Summarise Long Content
Paste in long emails, meeting notes, or client-provided documents and ask Copilot to produce a concise summary, bullet-point list, or executive overview ready for stakeholder discussion.
Convert Into Usable Formats
Transform raw information into structured outputs — bullet points, "key points for client discussion," or tiered summaries pitched at different levels of detail.
Explain Unfamiliar Concepts
Ask Copilot to explain technical or regulatory concepts in plain language, or re-explain material at a higher or lower level of detail to suit your audience.

Important limitation: Copilot only sees what you paste directly into the chat. It does not automatically access SharePoint, Teams, emails, or any connected systems.
Thinking, Structuring & Productivity Support
Copilot Basic — Thinking Partner
Copilot Basic is strongest as a thinking partner — it accelerates the blank-page problem by helping consultants brainstorm, structure, and sense-check work before committing to a final approach.
